The Little White House located behind City Hall in Ontario is our warehouse for Love INC.
100 families have received furniture from there; Maria was one a few weeks ago who received two beds, a dresser, table and four chairs, along with bedding, and household items.
We are seeking 3 committed volunteers to work in the warehouse with furniture and to prepare donated items for distribution. If this interests you, call me at 889-7860 ext. 6. I'd love to give you a tour, share about the vision of the ministry and the wonderful opportunities to meet families from the valley who are in need.
Blessings,
Kim

West Valley Youth Church and Project Dove

Project Dove, an organization that helps families of Domestic Violence, called Love INC
and asked for assistance on a large project. We knew just who could tackle the job!
West Valley Youth Group of West Valley Church has served several times in large clean up project over the past three years and we were thrilled when Pete, their fearless leader, lead the project. THANKS to all 60+ students and adults to served.
October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
Please pray for families of DV.
Love INC receives several calls a month families in need of beds,
dressers, and clothing for families. Once the shelter is carpeted, there may be more opportunities to serve by decorating and making the shelter a true home. Call Kim at 889-7860 ext. 6 for more information.

Sleepin' Sweet

This young gal called Love INC requesting a bed to sleep on.
The next day one was received and delivered to her the following week.
I often wonder how much more simple than that can it be! How fun to share the love of Christ in word and action!
Blessings,
Kim

The office

Two new volunteers, Martha (l) and Estella (r), joined the team in May of this year. They volunteer in the Clearinghouse 1 day a week. They are reaching out to the Hispanic population, translating our materials, and are a real kick to be with. I may even learn how to make real tamales and learn more spanish. The number of calls from families into the Clearinghouse for the month of May . . . 300. We remember when it was 20! Thanks God for all you provide.
